Three teenagers were hospitalized after a crash involving a stolen car late Friday night.
Minneapolis police responded to the intersection of 60th Street East and Bloomington Avenue around 8:30 p.m. for a single-vehicle crash.
According to police, the stolen car was heading west on 60th Street East when it struck a light pole.
Emergency crews extricated the 17-year-old girl driving the vehicle, and she was transported to a local hospital. Two passengers—a 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy—were also taken to a nearby hospital. Their conditions have not yet been released.
Minneapolis police are investigating the crash.
