Fairfax County police are investigating a deadly incident after officers responded to a fight early Monday morning.
A Fairfax County Police Department spokesperson said officers were called around 1 a.m. to Merrilee Drive and Prosperity Avenue for reports of a fight in progress. When officers arrived, they found a man who appeared to be the aggressor naked and unconscious.
Police stated that the man was detained and taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
