Montgomery firefighters responded to two separate fires Wednesday morning.
The first incident occurred around 9:20 a.m. in the 400 block of Cramer Avenue. Officials said the fire broke out at a vacant, two-story home.
Roughly 40 minutes later, crews were dispatched to a house fire in the 1300 block of Marlowe Drive. After extinguishing the flames, firefighters searched the residence and confirmed no one was inside.
No civilians or firefighters were injured in either incident. The cause of both fires remains under investigation.
