Authorities and family members are urgently searching for 16-year-old Chloe Richard, who was reported missing on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
Chloe’s mother, Chiquita Hand, confirmed that her daughter did not ride the bus home from West Orange-Stark High School and has not been located as of 10:00 p.m. that evening.
Chloe was last seen at the school around 4:00 p.m. Tuesday. Her sudden disappearance has left her family and the community deeply concerned.
