Blake Kevin Harrison Dorman, a 24-year-old from Southlake, Texas, is being remembered for a life marked by faith, service, and deep connections with family and friends after his passing on February 15, 2026, in College Station, Texas.
A graduate of Carroll Senior High School in Southlake and a proud student at Texas A and M University, Dorman had built a reputation on campus as a dedicated student, a passionate music lover, and a person who consistently looked out for others.
Born on December 26, 2001, in Fairfax, Virginia, to Dianne L Dorman, Blake grew up surrounded by a family who would later describe him as protective, loving, and full of energy.
His early years included time at Walnut Grove Elementary and Don T Durham Elementary before he went on to Southlake Carroll High School, where he served as a team manager for the football program.
Even before college, he showed a strong interest in leadership and service roles, often putting others before himself.
At Texas A and M University, Dorman pursued sport management and became deeply involved in campus life. He earned his Aggie Ring in October 2025, a milestone that symbolized his commitment to the traditions and values of the university.
He was also an equipment manager for the Texas A and M football program and participated in student organizations such as the Sport Management Society and the bodybuilding club.
Blake was a huge Aggie baseball fan and loved talking ball. His smile was infectious and he was one of the best 2-step dancers in town.

Friends and faculty noted that he embraced the Aggie core values of integrity, respect, loyalty, excellence, leadership, and selfless service in his daily life.
Outside of academics, Blake was widely known in the College Station nightlife and music scene as a DJ in the Northgate district.
Music played a central role in his life from a young age, and he enjoyed a wide range of genres, including Texas Red Dirt and classic country.
He frequently performed at venues such as Hurricane Harry’s and Stampede, where he became known for his ability to connect with crowds and create an energetic atmosphere.
Those close to him shared that even after late nights working, he often made sure others got home safely, sometimes offering rides to students who needed help.
Faith was another cornerstone of Dorman’s life. He was actively involved in his church community and was baptized at Declaration Church in Aggieland on October 26, 2025.
Family members and friends say his faith guided many of his choices and inspired him to encourage others to strengthen their own spiritual lives. His mother often described him as someone whose life reflected his beliefs through actions rather than words alone.
Dorman also dedicated time to community service and volunteer work. He was involved with organizations such as the Reel Cause Fishing Foundation, Speedway Children’s Charities, Feed a Hero, and Scholars Athletes Serving Others.
He also participated in youth leadership programs in Southlake and contributed to local initiatives that supported teens and families.
Those who knew Blake describe him as someone who brought comfort and joy into every space he entered.
His family recalls his devotion as a son and brother, as well as his affection for his nieces, whom he cared for deeply. Friends often said he had a rare ability to make people feel seen and supported, even in brief encounters.
A memorial service and celebration of life were held in late February 2026 in Texas, where family, friends, and members of the Texas A and M community gathered to honor his memory.
His legacy continues through the many lives he impacted, with loved ones remembering him as someone whose compassion, faith, and kindness left a lasting mark.
