Born on July 25, 1945, Judy grew up in Rockwall and spent her life deeply connected to the town she loved.
She married her husband, Bobby Milby, and together they shared 62 years of marriage, raising two daughters, Tina Katzmann and Tara Moffatt.
Judy’s family expanded to include five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished dearly. Her life revolved around family gatherings, vacations, and creating lasting memories with those closest to her.
Milby’s professional career was defined by her role in the Rockwall ISD Athletic Department. She became the district’s first athletics secretary, a position she held for more than 30 years.

Funeral services were held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Rest Haven Funeral Home in Rockwall. Visitation began at 9:00 a.m., followed by the service at 10:00 a.m.
