Nadine Adams is described as a white female, approximately five feet in height, weighing about 123 pounds. She has strawberry blonde hair and hazel colored eyes.
Jesse Smith is described as a white male, approximately five feet in height, weighing around 100 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Officials noted that both children were last known to be in the same area and at roughly the same time before they were reported missing.
