Virginia State Police are seeking a missing high school football coach in connection with child sex offenses, officials announced.
Agents from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation visited the coach’s home in Appalachia on November 20 as part of the early stages of the investigation. However, they discovered that he was no longer at the residence.
On November 24, authorities obtained 10 warrants against the coach, who now faces multiple charges: five counts of possession of child pornography and five counts of using a computer to solicit a minor.
The investigation is ongoing, and the coach is currently considered a fugitive. Additional charges may be filed. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Virginia State Police at 276-484-9483.
