Luis Almazan is a forty year old Hispanic male who was last seen in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. According to police information, he was last observed on April 13, 2026, as he was reportedly heading toward the City Hall area.

He had left his residence in the sixteen hundred block of South Street earlier that day and has not been seen or heard from since.

He is described as being five foot seven inches tall and weighing approximately one hundred fifty pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

At the time of his disappearance, it is not known what clothing he was wearing, which has made efforts to identify possible sightings more difficult.

Distinctive physical features may help in recognizing him. He has a tattoo of a bicycle on the left side of his chest.

He also has a geometric style tattoo of a human figure on his right inner forearm. These tattoos are considered important identifying markers in the investigation.
