Alicia Lynn Thomas, born July 1, 1982, is being remembered by family, friends, and the Atlanta real estate community following her passing on April 26, 2026.

Her life is being honored with a Celebration of Life service scheduled for May 7 at 2:00 PM at 950 Mansell Road in Roswell, Georgia 30076.

She later expanded her work by founding Alicia Thomas Realty Group, where she helped clients navigate the process of buying and selling homes with care and dedication.

Her professional journey also included roles with eXp Realty and CEO Property Advisors EXP, where she worked as an Associate Broker and contributed to leadership and mentorship within the industry.

She was known for encouraging other agents, supporting professional growth, and advocating for opportunity and equity in real estate.

Beyond her professional achievements, Alicia was widely recognized for her personality and the way she treated others.

Friends and colleagues often described her as warm, approachable, and full of life.

She had a signature way of greeting people with the phrase Hey Boo, a reflection of her friendly spirit and ability to make others feel comfortable and valued.
