A Young Athlete Who Inspired Friends and Teammates

Known affectionately as “Cam,” Cameron was born on January 5, 2014, and quickly became a source of joy for everyone around him. He is survived by his parents, Erik and Kelly Jones; his younger sisters, Claire and Olivia; as well as grandparents, uncles, cousins, and many extended family members.

Sports played a central role in Cameron’s life. He competed in soccer for the Maine Endwell Soccer Club and the Binghamton Flash. He was also preparing to join the Maine Endwell Modified Soccer Team in the upcoming season.

On the baseball field, Cameron represented Maine Endwell Little League, the Small Town Walkoffs, and the Southern Tier Stingers. His final baseball game became a cherished memory, as he proudly took the field doing what he loved most.

Beyond athletics, Cameron was known for encouraging others. His family described him as positive, compassionate, and wise beyond his years. He was also a devoted older brother who rarely missed his sisters’ concerts, soccer matches, and school events.
