The incident occurred early Saturday morning at approximately 3:15 a.m. at the Sigma Chi fraternity house located at 1224 Fremont Street.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported Fleischaker to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, where he is receiving treatment for serious head injuries.

He previously attended Blue Valley Northwest High School, where he was known as an active student before enrolling at K-State.
