Wrestling Fan Marc Izard Found Deceased in Las Vegas After WrestleMania Weekend Disappearance

Marc Izard, a 43-year-old wrestling fan from the United Kingdom, has been confirmed deceased in Las Vegas following his disappearance during WrestleMania weekend activities earlier this month.

His case had drawn widespread attention across the professional wrestling community, where fans and performers had been actively sharing information in hopes of locating him.

Izard was visiting the United States to attend major wrestling events held in Las Vegas, including WrestleMania 42 weekend shows and related fan gatherings.

According to information shared by event attendees and officials, he was last seen on April 16 in connection with a public appearance featuring professional wrestler Natalya Neidhart.

He had been photographed during a signing event, which later became the last confirmed visual record of him.

Reports indicate that Izard was last known to have left the area following the April 17 broadcast of a WWE SmackDown event.

After that evening, he did not make further contact with friends or family, prompting concern among those who had traveled with him or met him during the weekend festivities. His absence was soon reported to the authorities.

On April 18, Izard was discovered in the 1730 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South, an area located between East St. Louis Avenue and Oakey Boulevard.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene, and the Clark County Coroner’s Office later confirmed his death.

Officials stated that both the cause and manner of death remain under investigation, and no conclusions have been released.

The case is being handled by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Investigators have not publicly shared details about what may have occurred in the hours between Izard’s last confirmed sighting and the time he was found.

Authorities have instead focused on gathering information from witnesses, surveillance footage, and any individuals who may have interacted with him during the event weekend.

Community members within the wrestling fan base have expressed shock and sadness as news of his passing spread online. Many had initially joined efforts to locate him after missing person notices circulated on social media platforms.

What began as a search for a missing attendee has now shifted into a period of mourning and reflection for those who met him during the event.

At this stage, officials continue to review all available evidence. They have encouraged anyone with relevant information regarding Izard’s movements in Las Vegas during the weekend to come forward and assist with the ongoing investigation.

As the wrestling community processes the news, tributes have been shared by fans who remembered him as a passionate follower of the sport who traveled internationally to be part of one of its biggest annual celebrations.

His death has left many awaiting further clarification as investigators work to complete their findings.
